The photo is crap but the blazer is to die for. Black, tailored, embroidered sleeves - beaaaaautiful! 
Like a 60s psychodelic dream, this one size fits all jacket would be in my wardrobe if one size really did fit all! Would suit a size 12 or bigger girl or a medium or bigger boy. Do it!
Kate Sylvester bustier - yes, yes, yes! Size L but any big busted lassy, think C-D cup would fit it like a modern day dream.
